One of India’s most promising culinary talents, Saurabh Udinia is a master of balancing flavour and fire. His passion for the grill has given rise to a cuisine that is boldly flavoured, refined and progressive. Saurabh’s constant quest for growth, evolution and creativity are fuel for Revolver’s exciting, constantly changing menus.

Throughout his career, Saurabh has worked in kitchens across the world, was a part of the original team at India’s best restaurant, Indian Accent, and helmed award-winning establishments such as Masala Library. Ready for his next challenge, the soft-spoken chef came to Singapore to lead Revolver, where he is supported by a dedicated brigade of equally passionate chefs.
