Messages received outside of our operating hours will be attended to on the next working day.
Please note that cancellations must be made 2 days before the booking date for a full refund. Should you need to change your reservation date, please give us at least 2 days notice, and we will be happy to reschedule it for you within a month from the original reservation date.
